Returns

The return procedure for goods is established in accordance with the Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of 29 June 2001 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods", according to which high-quality perfumery and cosmetic products are non-exchangeable goods.

In the event that the purchased item is of poor quality, it will be exchanged for an analogous quality item, after notifying us by email at info@glowameli.com or by phone +370 696 768 03 within 14 business days of its receipt. Please also retain the purchase confirmation document.

The product will only be exchanged if the packaging has not been damaged, the product has not been used, or it was not purchased at a discount.

The Buyer covers the costs of returning the goods.
