General Provisions

• These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter "Rules") are a legally binding document for the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for acquiring and paying for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods.
• By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these Rules.
• The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer pays the required amount for the goods purchased.

Personal Data Protection

2.1. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their provided personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order. The Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary for fulfilling the goods order will be sent to the email address specified by the buyer.

2.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by a competent state authority in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with a separate written consent.

Buyer's Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and to accept them.

3.2. To provide complete, comprehensive and accurate information to the Seller. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data, the Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order.

3.3. If the Buyer's data provided to the Seller changes, the Buyer must immediately notify the Seller about it.

3.4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these purchase-sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Seller's Rights and Obligations

4.1. The Seller must create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the provided services.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy of personal information belonging to the Buyer, and not to transfer it to third parties.

4.3. The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

Order of Goods, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms

5.1. Buyers can place orders 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

5.2. Orders are accepted in the moonskin.lt online store.

5.3. The parcel begins to be prepared only after payment for the goods has been received.

Delivery of Goods

6.1. The Buyer undertakes to specify the exact delivery location of the goods.

6.2. The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that the Buyer cannot accept the goods personally, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to an inappropriate subject.

6.3. Goods are delivered to the Buyer using parcel lockers and courier services.

6.4. Goods begin to be prepared for the Buyer within 1-2 days after payment.

6.5. In Lithuania, goods are delivered within 1-3 business days by parcel locker and courier. Delivery time to foreign countries varies, please contact us personally for delivery terms.

6.6. In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the delivery terms if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.

6.7. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, if unordered goods or an incorrect quantity are received in the shipment.

6.8. The Buyer must send photos of the damaged shipment or goods to the Seller via email.

Quality of Goods, Warranties

7.1. All data on goods sold by GlowAmeli is indicated in the description of each product.

Marketing and Information

8.1. The Seller may organize various promotions and offers.

8.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of promotions, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of promotion terms and procedures is valid from the moment of their change or cancellation.

8.3. The Buyer sends all notices and questions to the Seller's contacts specified in the "Contacts" section of the online store.

Final Provisions

9.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods are drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. Lithuanian law applies to these rules. All disagreements arising from the execution of these rules shall be settled through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
