Product Returns

The product return procedure is established in accordance with the regulations for the return and exchange of goods, as approved by the Minister of Economy's Order No. 217 of June 29, 2001, "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods," which states that high-quality perfumery and cosmetic products are non-exchangeable goods.

In the event that a purchased product is of poor quality, it will be exchanged for an analogous high-quality product, provided that notification is sent via email to Info@glowameli.com within 14 business days of receipt. Please also retain the purchase confirmation document.

The product will only be exchanged if the packaging has not been damaged, the product has not been used, or it was not purchased at a discount.

The buyer covers the costs of returning goods.
