One of the most valuable drinks in Lithuanian cultural heritage, an alternative to green tea, rediscovered by taste gourmets and scientists.
It is valued for its richer taste and aroma, compared to black tea.
It is rich in polyphenols, flavonoids, and carotenoids. This tea is an excellent source of vitamin C and iron, suitable both for colds and for lack of energy after serious illnesses.
Caffeine-free, suitable for enjoyment in the morning and evening.

How to use?

Preparation: Pour 60-80 °C water over 1 tsp. of tea and steep for 5-7 minutes. Can be re-steeped. Delicious with honey, lemon. Enjoy!
