How to use?

Starting at your feet and moving upwards to your neck, sweep your body in broad strokes toward the heart center until the skin is dry, to stimulate and open the capillaries, preparing them to soak up moisture. Use circular motions on your stomach and joints and long sweeping strokes on your arms and legs. For best results, apply a massage oil or body lotion to your skin after the dry brush massage.
