How to use?

For a body bath: 1–2 cups of salt in warm water (37–39 °C), soak for 15–20 min. For a foot bath: ½ cup of salt in a bowl of warm water, soak for 15–20 min. For exfoliation: mix with oil and gently massage into the skin.
